Handlernet is an online resource for Law Enforcement K9 Handlers founded by the Invictus Tactical Co.  The goal was to take new handlers  and supervisors and bring them up to speed as fast as possible by connecting them fellow handlers.  Invictus was founded in 2006 by then K9 Handler, Daniel King.

King is a native of Las Vegas.  He is a veteran of the US Army, where he served as a combat and flight medic throughout Central and South America.  After returning to the United States, he deployed across the US conducting Search and Rescue, MAST (Military Assistance with Safety and Traffic), and Flight For Life Operations.

After leaving the Army, he was hired by a mid-sized police department in the Las Vegas valley.  After working in patrol, he was selected and transferred to K9.   Invictus also created the Invictus Law Dog, an International Police K9 Conference, held each year in Las Vegas.
